  1. What kind of services do you provide?

GSL Translations offers translation, editing and proofreading services specializing mostly in legal translations without being limited thereto. Our competence also involves related areas: economy, finance, accounting, audit, taxation and banking. We’ll be happy to translate your financial statements, auditor reports, analytical reviews and other documents.

  1. What types of legal documents do you translate?

Various legal documents including contracts, certificates, licenses, corporate documents, powers of attorney, legal opinions, articles, reviews, statutory instruments, laws and acts.

  1. Who does translations in GSL Translations?

Translations are performed by our team of qualified, experienced and knowledgeable linguists, both in-house and free-lance. All translators are experienced in their specific areas of expertise, for instance, law, finance or technical documentation. We do not use machine translation in our work, our prime concern is the quality of our translations.

  1. What languages do you work with?

We translate to and from English, German, French, Spanish and Chinese. Upon your request we can recommend other languages translators as well.

  1. How much do I pay for translation?

Our prices are very competitive – please have a look at our Price-list. We give a 15% discount on your first order! For our regular customers we have a special offering – a discount of up to 25%. And the status of high priority shall be assigned to your order.

  1. What is a “standard page”?

Unit measure for translation is one standard page that equals to 1,800 printed characters inclusive of blanks. The number of characters in the original text shall be calculated by Word. If the text to be translated is not in an electronic form, then the statistics shall be based on the text of translation.

  1. What is a rush translation?

We believe that on average a professional translator can make 7 standard pages a day. More-pages-translation is considered to be urgent. Pressing and bulk orders are carried out by several translators, but even in this instance you may be sure of unanimity of terminology, because all the texts are subject to strict obligatory proof-reading.
